An incredibly rewarding one to maintain.

First, this can and should be REWARDING. It’s hard work and we’ll be sure to celebrate accomplishments along the way and keep things interesting. 

01 — An Honest Assessment

We’ll take the time to talk through your goals and clearly analyze exactly what it is you want to accomplish. HONESTY, RESPECT and ACCOUNTABILITY are driving principles in my services to you. These are unwavering and a point of pride in what I have to offer. I’m a person of my word and will not deceive you in this process. 

02 — Identify the Hotspots

We’re often aware of our points of challenge, but oftentimes an outside perspective can see things we don’t. Friends and family may not always know how best to voice advice. And there are recent studies that show our ability to read one another is strongest at the beginning of a relationship. So even a long-established partner or friend may be a bit tuned-out to your current needs and challenges.

03 — Make a Plan

With goals and obstacles identified, we’ll work together to develop a plan. I believe in focussing on DAILY PRACTICES and HABITS - breaking some where we need to and harnessing the power of others to make changes. We’ll work on all frequencies -  daily practices we’ll analyze and explore; weekly checks to ensure that we stay on track; and long-term goals we’ll work toward in a measurable, tangible fashion. 

PHYSICAL FITNESS is central to our wellbeing and will be part of the program for you as well. The scope of the effort can vary based on your current practice, experience and needs. But be ready to move!

04 — Commit. Execute. Overcome.

With the plan in action, we’ll check in regularly to monitor progress. COMMUNICATION will be scheduled and determined with your preferences in mind and within the program you select, but you will also receive additional resources via email, video, podcast, and other periodic opportunities. Person-to-person interaction is the key to this relationship. We’ll respect our boundaries, but I want you to know that when you hire me, I’m on your side.
